Whatever themes are presented and explained our educational objectives are focused on stimulating the children's curiosity, opening them up to a certain degree of autonomy and self-learning through questioning and experimentation, as well as awakening their ecological awareness by using a comprehensive broad-based approach. It is an education in sustainable development in the broadest sense and an awareness of the value of natural and cultural heritage that we are striving to encourage and develop, throughout the territory of the Haute-Provence UNESCO Global Geopark.
The Educational Events & Activities can take place either at the Promenade Museum between April 1st and November 30th, or throughout the year on-site in the schools of the UNESCO Geopark territory.
